It's never easy coming up with a viral ideas for B2B marketing, especially for enterprise IT services.
That's what makes this viral video by IBM so cool.
The video is a play off traditional Japanese theatre featuring a kung fu master fending off villains with his awesome kung fu skills.
The tie in between the video and the product is very nicely done - The IBM eX5 always supports your business behind the scenes,
metaphorically shown by the "behind the curtain" helpers in the video.

A pretty cool McD's commercial featuring the largest playland they ever constructed outside Sydney's Custom House. The TVC showed Sydney office workers discovering the Playland while on their daily commute to work. Most of those featured in the are actors although some members of the public appear in the reaction shots. The three-storey high structure included a giant Hamburglar swing, Ronald McDonald bench, slides and Fillet-O-Fish bouncers. Check it out at:via http://mumbrella.com.au/

A look behind the experiment of IKEA UK's release of 100 house cats into its Wembley store in the UK. An interesting idea that looks really fun to do. And the shots they got at the end were awesome. The tagline at the end says it all: "Home. It's how it makes you feel"

This is a great example of how to create a great viral ad for a most certainly boring product - The ink correction fluid/tape.
It's an interactive YouTube video campaign for European stationary brand Tipp-Ex. After viewing a YouTube video titled "A Hunter Shoots A Bear" - during which the former can't quite bring himself to pull the trigger - users are invited to re-write the encounter themselves, making virtual use of Tipp-Ex's ink correction products to white out the title of the video and fill in the blank with their own version of events. Check out the video here:
